Register now to attend our Homecoming Porch Party!

This year, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences is teaming up with the Poole College of Management, College of Sciences, College of Education, College of Design, College of Natural Resources and the Vice Provost and Director of NCSU Libraries to host the Porch Party on Friday, Oct. 28, 2016.

Join NC State alumni, current students, faculty, staff, friends and family of the Pack on the front steps of Nelson Hall. There will be food and fun as we watch the 2016 homecoming parade. This year’s featured attractions include a bluegrass band, a special kids’ zone and a photo booth. We’re also having a Halloween costume contest for younger children.

The Porch Party is one of many events scheduled for Red and White Week, a week-long celebration of NC State’s time-honored traditions and the kickoff of the university’s fundraising campaign. 

The fun starts on the front steps of Nelson Hall at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 7 p.m. The homecoming parade starts at 6. Parking is available at the Dan Allen parking deck, located at 110 Dan Allen Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607.
