NC State psychologist Adam Meade and other researchers have developed a new type of personality test that uses a rapid response method to reduce participants’ abilities to fake their answers. WUNC’s The State of Things host Frank Stasio interviewed Meade about the benefits of this new test, and how personality tests can help weed out applicants who may not fit a certain company culture.
