NC State Experts Weigh In on Controversial Ninth Congressional District Voter Fraud Allegations

A controversial congressional election in North Carolina will be the subject of a public hearing held by the state’s board of elections on Dec. 21 — and maybe even a new election.

Salon spoke with NC State political scientists Mark Nance and Steven Greene about the likelihood of a second election, and whether it’s possible to guarantee the fairness of such an election in that district.
