Triangle Book History Symposium
Sponsored by the Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship of Scholars in Critical Bibliography at Rare Book School and the National Humanities Center, the first Triangle Book History Symposium will take place on 20-22 April 2017 in the Research Triangle of North Carolina. The symposium brings together a diverse community of scholars and practitioners to share perspectives on the history of the book, broadly conceived. The 2017 symposium theme is "Communities of the Book." Events include a keynote speaker, a day of symposium presentations, and site visits to exhibitions and studios in the region. Thanks to our sponsors, events are free and open to the public. We welcome anyone to come to as many events as they're interested in. Free registration is required to reserve your space. Several of our college faculty members are helping organize this event.
